Buying a private island

I am looking for a private island for my vacation villa with the following features
FEATURES=

Jungle biome/Extreme hills biome
500 blocks into the ocean from every side (from another landmass)
Less than 200 x 200 in size
Far away from other civilization
OC or NC


If you are the first one to find me my vacation island you get: 10db
