Exactly how high is it going to be? and will the basements be cone shaped or just like how it is now?

I'm using the lot right at entrance for refrence

The regular lots are going to be 3 stories high, the towers 4 with a balcony and the extra basement.

Dema i tried the cone, and it is HARD!!!!!!!! so they are going to have to be flat
