Problems with the launcher

As noticed, I have not been online lately, it is because theres something wrong with my launcher. I redownloaded it three times and it still has the same problem(s). I join the server, and get disconnected every two to five minutes, which is very inconvenient (giving me lots of deaths, yay). I.I have the latest version of Java and an ethernet cord directly into the modem, so I have no clue about whats causing it. I'll try to get this fixed and will most likely be back and as active as ever in the next week or two. Well, Till then, I'll try to hop on every day for about thirty minutes or so. (I've also noted the servers been down alot and more then 75% of the time minechat is down?)
