Purchasing inactive towns

I'm selling a town I worked on for bout a month. Nothing special the town is 75% built or 50 only one small building. The town is almost done the town is about 100 by 100 or bigger. If anyone wants to buy it I'll fix it up or if u want I'll let you finish, but the price will be cheaper. Also, Three of the walls are fully built. The town is also easy to find ,but there is sooooo much land to expand to. The unfinished other part are the plots. The reason why is because somr of the town is over a lake. Lots of clay! Bottom Price is 5 Dia blocks unfinished, 10 blocks finished(it will take a month or two, maybe less if I have time). Place your bids under this comment with, for example
